As a Business Architect, a typical day involves evaluating the existing business environment to uncover opportunities that can drive measurable value. This role requires gathering and understanding high-level requirements from various stakeholders and shaping these insights into comprehensive business solutions. The Business Architect plays a pivotal role in bridging business needs with technology-enabled strategies and operating models. Additionally, the position supports organizational transformation by preparing detailed business cases and steering the execution of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and long-term goals.

Responsibilities:

- Identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining business solutions.

- Translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models.

- Support transformation by developing business cases and guiding implementation of key initiatives.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate, and manage the team to perform.

- Responsible for team decisions.

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment on project goals.

- Drive continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and recommending innovative approaches.

- Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Requirements:

- Must-Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations Functional.

- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement.

- Experience in translating complex business requirements into functional specifications.

- Ability to design and implement business solutions that align with organizational strategies.

- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.

- Capability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations Functional.

- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

- A 15-year full-time education is required.
