Project Manager AI/ML & Digital Transformation

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of AI/ML, Data Engineering, Software Development, and Digital Transformation projects. The role requires a strong combination of project management, stakeholder management, technology understanding, and delivery leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead projects from requirement gathering and planning through development, deployment, and closure.

- Manage end-to-end delivery of AI/ML, Data Engineering, Software Development, and Digital Transformation initiatives.

- Coordinate with AI Engineers, Data Scientists, Software Developers, MLOps Engineers, Cloud Architects, Product Managers, and business stakeholders.

- Gather and analyze business requirements and prepare appropriate business requirement documents.

- Work with Product Managers and senior stakeholders to define priorities, timelines, deliverables, and project objectives.

- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, timelines, quality standards, and budget.

- Lead cross-functional teams in a matrix environment and ensure effective collaboration across functions.

- Apply appropriate project delivery methodologies including Agile, Kanban, Waterfall, and iterative approaches.

- Manage project estimation, planning, resource allocation, monitoring, reporting, and risk management.

- Identify project risks, dependencies, gaps, and bottlenecks and drive timely resolution.

- Prepare regular project status reports, dashboards, and management updates.

- Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for critical incidents and track corrective and preventive actions.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining delivery quality and stakeholder alignment.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement, new initiatives, and potential business expansion.

Technology & AI/ML Understanding:

- Work with technical teams to understand and deliver AI/ML and technology-driven solutions.

- Good understanding of the AI/ML lifecycle, including Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, NLP, and Computer Vision.

- Coordinate with technical teams on MLOps activities, including model deployment, monitoring, versioning, and continuous improvement.

- Understand cloud technologies, data platforms, distributed systems, and modern application architectures.

- Ensure project solutions consider key non-functional requirements such as performance, scalability, reliability, availability, security, and governance.

- Work with stakeholders to ensure technology solutions align with business objectives.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 10 - 15 years of experience in project management, program delivery, software development projects, or technology consulting.

- Strong experience managing complex software/technology projects using Agile methodologies.

- Experience in AI/ML, Data Engineering, Digital Transformation, or technology-led projects.

- Good understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, NLP, and Computer Vision.

- Strong understanding of SDLC, software delivery, and project lifecycle management.

- Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.

- Strong knowledge of project planning, estimation, budgeting, risk management, and status reporting.

- Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, SharePoint, and MS Project.

- Knowledge of Big Data and Analytics, including Power BI, Tableau, and SQL Server, is preferred.

- Knowledge of Azure, AS400, Blue Yonder, or reporting platforms is an advantage.

- Understanding of cloud technologies and distributed systems is a plus.

- Familiarity with AI governance, Responsible AI, data privacy, and regulatory requirements.

- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact with technical teams, business stakeholders, and senior leadership.

- Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.

- Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
