1. Drive Regulatory Architecture & Frameworks:

- Formulate group-wide compliance policy structures.

- Align business operations with statutory rules.

- Interpret complex regulatory updates proactively.

- Assess systemic compliance for expansion plans.

2. Enforce RBI and Statutory Compliance:

- Guarantee strict RBI Master Directions adherence.

- Manage rigorous KYC and AML tracking.

- Direct timely regulatory reporting schedules.

- Interface professionally with statutory authorities.

3. Govern Audits & Corporate Ethics:

- Oversee independent compliance audit evaluations.

- Rectify audit gaps across operations swiftly.

- Anchor the board-level compliance committee agendas.

- Mitigate corporate governance operational risks.

4. Lead Compliance Culture & Talent:

- Mentor high-performing internal compliance teams.

- Foster organizational awareness of regulatory mandates.

- Recruit skilled regulatory compliance professionals.

- Align business KPIs with ethical metrics.

5. Candidate Profile & Qualifications:

- 12+ years in financial services.

- 5+ years in compliance leadership.

- Mastery of SEBI or RBI guidelines.

- Proven track record handling inspections.

- Sharp legal interpretation capability skills.

- CS, LLB, or MBA equivalent.

- Premium institutional or corporate background.
