The company has successfully launched 4 schemes under Category II and 3 schemes under Category I (SSF). New - 500 crore Category I scheme under SEBI approval. The company has also applied to SEBI for license for fund management entity in GIF City, Gandhinagar for setting AIF.

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Fund Raising Officer to lead capital mobilization and investor relations for our Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) platform. The role demands strong industry networks, and a proven track record in fundraising across HNIs, Family Offices, and Institutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead fundraising for existing and new AIF schemes.

- Build and maintain investor networks - HNIs, UHNIs, Family Offices, Corporates, and Institutions.

- Partner with wealth managers, private bankers, and distributors.

- Conduct investor roadshows, webinars, and pitch presentations.

- Provide timely fund updates, performance reports, and market outlook.

- Collaborate with investment, legal & compliance teams for smooth fund launches.

- Ensure complete SEBI and regulatory compliance in investor onboarding.

Qualifications & Experience

- Postgraduate in Finance, Business Administration, Economics (MBA/CFA preferred).

- 8-10 years of fundraising / investor relations experience in AIF, PMS, PE, or AMC.

- Strong knowledge of SEBI regulations, AIF structures, and investment products.

- Established relationships with HNIs, Family Offices, and Institutional investors.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
