About Us:

Areion Assets Management Private Limited is an investment manager to a SEBI Registered Category II and Category I Alternative Investment Fund. Areion AMC has successfully launched 4 no. of schemes under Cat II & 3 schemes under Cat I- SSF.

The AMC has applied for 1 new scheme under Cat I with SEBI having target corpus of INR 500 crores.

Job Summary:

The Credit Manager will oversee loan processing operations, ensuring efficient processing and approval of loan applications. These positions will work closely with credit analysts and management to streamline processes and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review and evaluate loan applications and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy.

- Chief Manager will supervise a team of officers, ensuring high-quality loan processing within agreed timeframes.

- Collaborate with credit analysts to verify applicants' financial status, creditworthiness, and risk.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, and risk management procedures.

- Approve or recommend approval of loan applications, based on credit policies.

- Review and enhance loan processing workflows to improve efficiency.

- Identify and mitigate risks associated with loan processing activities.

- Prepare reports on loan processing activity for senior management.

Key Skills and Competencies:

- Deep knowledge of loan processing, credit risk assessment, and SEBI's regulatory requirements.

- Candidates with experience of working in ARC/NBFC/AMC/Banks in a similar role will be preferred.

- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

- Team leadership and mentoring experience.

- Proficiency in loan processing software and MS Office applications.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Chartered Accountants preferred.

- 2-10 years of loan processing or credit evaluation experience in a financial institution or NBFC.
