About Us:

Areion Assets Management Private Limited is an investment manager to a SEBI Registered Category II and Category I Alternative Investment Fund. Areion AMC has successfully launched 4 no. of schemes under Cat II & 3 schemes under Cat I- SSF.

The AMC has applied for 1 new scheme under Cat I with SEBI having target corpus of INR 500 crores.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Fund Manager (Fund Raising) to lead capital raising initiatives for our Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) platform. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the AIF ecosystem, strong relationships with HNIs, Family Offices, Institutional Investors, and Wealth Distributors, and a proven track record in fundraising with experience of 8-10 years.

Key Responsibilities:

Fund Raising & Investor Relations:

- Develop and execute fundraising strategies for existing and new AIF schemes (Category I/II).

- Identify and onboard potential investors including HNIs, UHNIs, Family Offices, Corporates, and Institutional clients.

- Build and manage a strong network of wealth managers, private bankers, investment advisors, and distributors.

- Organize investor roadshows, webinars, and pitch meetings to present the fund's strategy and value proposition.

- Regularly communicate fund performance, market outlook, and reports to investors.

Strategy & Product Development:

- Provide strategic input for the design and structuring of AIF products based on investor appetite and regulatory guidelines.

- Collaborate with investment, legal, and compliance teams to ensure successful fund launches and regulatory compliance.

- Monitor competitor landscape and suggest positioning strategies for the fund.

Compliance & Reporting:

- Ensure alignment with SEBI regulations and all legal compliances related to fund raising and investor onboarding.

- Maintain accurate records of investor communications, subscriptions, and redemptions.

Qualifications:


- Post Graduate degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred).

- 8-10 years of relevant experience in fundraising or investor relations, preferably in AIF, PMS, PE, or AMC sector.

- Deep understanding of SEBI regulations, AIF structures, and investment products.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

- Strong network within the HNI/UHNI/Institutional investor community.
