Our ecosystem spans across a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC), Asset Management (AMC), Corporate Advisory, and Investment Banking (IB). We provide tailored, end-to-end financial solutions to corporate, institutional, and high-net-worth clients.

1. Shape Human Capital Strategy:

- Align HR strategy with business expansion goals.

- Design scalable organization structures across verticals.

- Drive cross-entity talent sharing and synergy.

- Build a strong employer brand in financial services.

2. Accelerate Talent & Performance Execution:

- Lead executive hiring for boutique business heads.

- Scale frontline sales and credit underwriting teams.

- Design high-impact incentive structures (PLI/ESOPs).

- Implement rigorous, growth-aligned KPI frameworks.

3. Safeguard Culture, Governance & Compliance:

- Enforce strict labor and POSH legal compliance.

- Instill a high-performance, ethical work culture.

- Manage employee grievance and attrition risks.

- Uphold governance standards for executive compensation.

- Mitigate operational risks related to field staff.

4. Cultivate Leadership & Capability:

- Build leadership pipelines for critical roles.

- Deploy targeted financial domain training programs.

- Mentor HR teams across regional offices.

- Drive employee engagement and retention strategies.

1. Professional Background:

- 15+ years in Human Resources management.

- 7+ years in HR leadership roles.

- Deep NBFC or BFSI talent-scaling experience.

- Proven record handling diverse employee categories.

2. Core Competencies:

- Sharp understanding of financial incentive design.

- Excellent executive stakeholder management skills.

3. Education & Credentials:

- MBA in HR, or equivalent degree.

- Tier-1 institution background preferred.
