Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Academic Head Physics to lead our Physics vertical for competitive exams (IIT-JEE & NEET). The ideal candidate will be an IIT alumnus with extensive academic leadership experience, a passion for mentoring students, and a vision for integrating AI-driven educational tools. This is a strategic academic leadership position, responsible for curriculum design, student performance management, and academic quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the Physics academic division for IIT-JEE and NEET streams.

- Develop and continuously upgrade the academic content, test papers, and curriculum aligned with the latest exam patterns.

- Mentor, train, and guide the Physics faculty team to maintain the highest academic standards.

- Ensure student performance tracking and personalized academic interventions to improve outcomes.

- Build and execute academic strategies to improve overall student results, engagement, and satisfaction.

- Provide academic support and doubt-clearing sessions for students as needed.

- Collaborate with internal teams and provide strategic inputs for the development of AI-based EdTech products for Physics learning and exam preparation.

- Stay updated with competitive exam trends and adapt the curriculum accordingly.

- Conduct periodic academic audits, student feedback sessions, and faculty performance evaluations.

- Actively engage in parent-student academic counseling sessions and workshops.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- B.Tech/M.Tech from IIT (Mandatory)

- Minimum 5 years of exclusive academic experience in IIT-JEE/NEET coaching institutes

- Strong conceptual clarity and teaching expertise in Physics.

- Leadership and mentoring abilities to manage and inspire a team of academic professionals.

- In-depth knowledge of exam patterns, syllabus changes, and student academic challenges.

- Experience or keen interest in contributing to AI-driven EdTech product development is a plus.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
