Role Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Functional Consultant / Business Analyst with hands-on experience in Oracle NetSuite, Salesforce, or MuleSoft. The ideal candidate will play a key role in end-to-end project executionfrom discovery and process design to deliverywhile bridging business and technical teams. This role requires a mix of functional expertise, technical understanding, stakeholder management, and platform configuration skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project discovery phases by organizing workshops, capturing key actions, and maintaining discovery logs, while proactively learning relevant functional and technical concepts before kickoff.
- Analyze clients current (AS-IS) environments and design optimized future-state (TO-BE) processes that improve efficiency and user experience.
- Translate business needs into actionable functional and technical requirements, ensuring alignment between client stakeholders, solution architects, and development teams.
- Configure and manage systems in Oracle NetSuite, Salesforce, or MuleSoft based on project requirements, including system setup, workflow configuration, and integration support.
- Conduct in-depth technical and functional analysis to identify optimal solutions, resolve issues, and drive innovation opportunities.
- Deliver high-quality project outputs on schedule, ensuring all deliverables are peer-reviewed and client-ready.
- Maintain clear, regular communication with internal and client stakeholders on project progress, risks, and overall health, while escalating challenges when necessary.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, acting as a strategic advisor and adapting communication to different audiences.
- Analyze data to support requirements gathering, validate designs, aid testing efforts, and monitor production performance.
- Support pre-sales efforts through RFPs, RFIs, and solutioning discussions, bringing platform-specific expertise to influence decisions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle NetSuite, Salesforce, or MuleSoft, including configuration and implementation.
- Proven experience in process mapping, solution design, and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong understanding of both functional and non-functional requirements.
- Experience working in agile or hybrid project delivery environments.
- Familiarity with cross-functional business processes (e.g., Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Lead-to-Quote).
Nice to Have:
- Certification in Oracle NetSuite, Salesforce, or MuleSoft.
- Exposure to AI or automation tools and their practical application in business process improvement.
- Experience in pre-sales support (e.g., RFPs, RFIs, solutioning).
