Role Overview:

This is a high-impact Founder's Office role working directly with the leadership team on growth, strategy, and execution of mission-critical projects.

You will drive strategic initiatives end-to-end, solve ambiguous business problems, and ensure execution rigor across functions. Specifically, you will:

- Work closely with founders and leadership to translate strategy into clear execution plans with defined milestones and owners.

- Drive on-ground execution of growth initiatives, GTM plans, and new business pilots across markets.

- Own and track key business metrics (revenue, margins, conversion funnels), proactively identifying gaps and driving corrective actions.

- Build and run operating dashboards, weekly reviews, and performance cadences to ensure targets are met.

- Lead high-priority, cross-functional projects end-to-end, ensuring timelines, outputs, and outcomes are delivered.

- Act as the execution anchor across functions to unblock teams and maintain momentum.

- Ensure strong follow-through, accountability, and closure across all initiatives.

- Prepare crisp updates, reviews, and action plans for leadership, enabling fast and effective decision-making.

What we are looking for:

- Business or Engineering degree from Tier 1 college.

- 4-7 years of experience in consulting, founder's office, strategy, or high-growth startups.

- Strong problem-solving and first-principles thinking. Exposure to agri or biotech sectors is a plus.

- Ability to handle ambiguity and drive outcomes independently.

- Strong analytical skills with comfort in data and financial metrics (P&L understanding).

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- High ownership, bias for action, and execution focus.
