Roles and Responsibilities  Be a part of the Big Data Solutions practice at AbsolutData. Help to setup the Big Data roadmap and build supporting infrastructure and team to provide Big Data services to our clients.  Key responsibilities:  - Become part of the Big Data Practice Group responsible for shaping and delivering the analytics and insight needed to drive Big Data programs across multiple clients & projects  - Integrate and explore different tools and languages to leverage the power of Big Data   - Lead teams in developing and implementing the company strategic plans for Big Data  - Lead teams in application areas of Big Data, from Hadoop applications to providing end-to-end solutions to clients regarding their Big Data infrastructure development  - Lead team members, including personal development and set work direction  - Helping in managing & developing existing and/or new client relationships in the work area  Desired Candidate Profile  Experience and skills – Must Haves  - 1-4 years of relevant experience in analytics/Programming domain with 2+ years of working on the Cloud with a strong knowledge of the developments around Big Data  - Knowledge of SQL-like RDBMS and Hadoop platforms and the proven ability to effectively integrate these platforms into a cohesive marketing and data strategy.  - Experience in working/implementing Cloud technology and Big Data tools , programming in data languages and providing analytics solutions using Big Data technology  - Knowledge of at least one big data language like Hadoop, Pig, Hive etc.  Experience in any of the following:  1. Text analytics  2. Work on un structured data  3. Machine Learning  Experience and skills – Good to Have  - Knowledge of Big Data tools like MAPR, Alteryx, Pervasive etc. would be an added advantage.   - Experience of providing customized solutions to clients across analytics solutions would be a bonus  Education Qualification  - Degree - Graduates/Postgraduates from Premiere Institutes in Economics, Statistics or other Quantitative disciplines/B.Tech/MBA  Attributes  - High level of responsibility and ownership  - Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills  To apply, please click on the button below.
