Abreco Freight Private Limited is an international freight forwarder specializing in Sea Freight & Air Freight (Imports & Exports).

Role Overview:

We are hiring Sales / Business Development professionals from the freight forwarding industry to acquire and grow direct customer accounts (manufacturers and exporters/importers). The role is responsible for hunting new logos, driving monthly revenue, and managing end-to-end sales cycles for Ocean & Air products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end B2C (direct customer) acquisition for international Sea & Air freight (Import & Export).

- Build and execute cold-calling / outreach entrance strategies to open new accounts.

- Create & close opportunities: qualify, propose, negotiate, and win shipments/monthly volumes.

- Handle product pitches across Ocean (FCL/LCL) and Air, coordinate basic pricing with ops/pricing teams.

- Drive monthly volume & revenue targets; maintain a healthy, forecastable pipeline.

- Negotiate rates, terms, and service levels to maximize conversion and margins.

- Ensure timely collections by following up and monitoring customer outstanding payments.

- Maintain accurate updates in CRM/trackers; generate periodic MIS on leads, quotes, wins, and revenue.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Mandatory: Prior experience in freight forwarding sales (Sea and/or Air) with direct customer handling.

- Strong prospecting & cold-calling capability with an entrance strategy for new markets/accounts.

- Proven negotiation skills and ability to close business independently.

- Target-driven with monthly volume/revenue achievements.

- Communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with manufacturers/exporters/importers.
