Our innovative business model - asset-light, tech-enabled, integrated Supply Chain management - enables us to have higher service reliability, customized solutions and faster access to markets than existing players. - We are currently operational in 15 cities with core team members from IITs, IIMs and Harvard The Role: - Part of the core team at AbleCold - actively contributing to shaping the direction of the company. - Leading the team of Warehouse Managers / Executives across all cities. - Drive continuous process improvements at the warehouse to improve reliability and sustainability of warehouse operations. - Drive end to end optimal warehouse performance to meet business objectives - Ensure overall effective warehousing controls are put in place to ensure Stock control and DIFOT (Delivery in full, on time) is achieved.
