AbleCold is at an inflexion point and for the next phase of rapid growth, we are seeking high-energy experienced professionals to join our core team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Warehouse Managers and Executives across multiple locations.

- Drive reliability, productivity, efficiency and cost optimisation across warehouses.

- Establish and ensure adherence to standardised SOPs, processes and operating controls.

- Ensure strong inventory accuracy, stock control, warehouse discipline and process compliance.

- Drive OTIFAT (On Time, In Full, At Temperature) and overall service performance.

- Track and improve key metrics including productivity, manpower utilisation, space utilisation and operating costs.

- Identify operational gaps, conduct root-cause analysis and drive corrective actions.

- Work closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Customer teams and warehouse partners to resolve issues and improve service levels.

- Build scalable warehouse processes and systems to support rapid expansion across cities.

- Manage and negotiate with warehouse partners to balance cost, capability and service reliability.

- Build a culture of ownership, accountability, discipline and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For:

- Experience in quick commerce warehouse operations is valued.

- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management and operational controls.

- Proven experience leading multi-location / multi-site teams.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management and negotiation skills.

- High ownership with a strong execution and follow-through mindset.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.

- Willingness to be hands-on and personally drive critical operational issues to closure.

- Prior experience in a startup or rapidly scaling organisation is preferred.
