1. PURPOSE OF THE ROLE : The role will oversee the Grading &amp; Salary Increase (SI) in the Rewards Function: Operations: Manage the Salary Increase and the Grading process thereby providing a monthly view of current queries at a monthly basis Standardized process documentations : Create SOPs, DPMs, RACI and all necessary documents to seamlessly run the process Reporting: related to both Salary Increase &amp; Grading processes - The team member will be accountable for the monthly reporting of the SI Deck to the Mancom team, to manage Grading requests, achievement of SLAs, the overall quality of the service, and the relationship with the stakeholders. 2. KEY TASKS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES: Responsibilities : - Assisting in the full processing of new hire/ internal move/ leaver with car - Registration of all fleet related data changes in SAP EOP/ERP - Fleet invoicing processing - Prepare and provide inputs for budgeting process - Assisting employees with accident management - Assisting employees in fines/losses processes - Train and assist new staff, as appropriate - Creates and distributes regular and ad-hoc required reports to stakeholders - Take part in Fleet CI projects Key Dimensions: &nbsp;KPIs: OTIF car delivery, 100% Accuracy in Invoice correctness Key contacts: (Internal/ External) - Stakeholders at EU - People managers/ People Business Partners - Master-data team - Project team 3. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS Experience: - More than 2 year(s) of relevant experience in any field of Rewards or Benefits (Compensation Management) Behavioural Competencies : - High ability of information gathering - Cultural fit - High level of service mind-set, - Organizing skills; adheres to deadlines, - Excellent team player, able to develop strong relationships with colleagues and his/her key contacts, - Capable of being entrusted with - confidential- information, - Ability to cultivate an environment focused on customer satisfaction, - Accuracy, reliability (administration), - An outgoing personality with service oriented attitudes.
