
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business needs, translating them into clear user stories and specifications.
- Project Management: Lead internal and client projects end-to-end, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams for seamless collaboration.
- Quality Assurance: Facilitate UAT, track and resolve issues, and ensure readiness for production deployment.
- Process Improvement: Identify workflow gaps and recommend data-driven solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or consulting environments.
- Strong knowledge of requirement elicitation, documentation, and project lifecycle management.
- Hands-on experience in UAT, issue tracking, and process optimization.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Preferred:
- Immediate joiners highly preferred.
- Experience in client-facing roles.
