Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, manage, and schedule engaging content calendars across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X/Twitter, etc.)

- Oversee content creation, monitor engagement, and manage user interactions

- Identify growth opportunities and trends to expand reach and engagement

SEO (On-Page & Off-Page):

- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis

- Optimize website/blog content (meta tags, schema, internal links, etc.)

- Lead backlink strategies via guest posting, influencer outreach, and more

- Troubleshoot SEO issues and monitor performance using key tools

Analytics & Reporting:

- Maintain detailed marketing performance dashboards (traffic, leads, conversions)

- Generate weekly/monthly reports with insights from Google Analytics, Search Console, and social platforms

- Deliver actionable insights to improve ROI, performance, and brand visibility

Creative Strategy & Execution:

- Oversee visual content creation using Canva (basic graphics & videos)

- Collaborate on campaign ideas that align with brand voice and market trends (especially in lifestyle, wellness, or astrology, if applicable)

- Ensure all digital content is visually consistent and on-brand

Team Management:

- Lead and mentor a team of digital marketers and designers.

- Delegate tasks, review performance, and guide the team toward set KPIs

- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution

- Foster a positive, growth-oriented team culture

What You Bring:

- 25+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing & team leadership

- Strong understanding of SEO, social media marketing, and performance tracking

- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and social media dashboards

- Working knowledge of Canva and video editing tools

- Bonus: Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or influencer collaborations

- Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills

- A creative mindset with the ability to connect content with current digital trends
