About the Role:

We are looking for a strategy professional to work closely with the leadership team on the growth and performance of our Hospitality business. The role will focus on revenue planning, business performance, market intelligence and strategic initiatives across our hospitality portfolio. The person will work closely with business and functional stakeholders to identify opportunities, evaluate performance, support business planning and translate data into actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Development of long-term business and growth strategies for existing and upcoming hospitality assets.

- Drive annual business planning, revenue planning and forecasting in partnership with relevant business and functional stakeholders.

- Track and analyse key hospitality performance metrics including occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, room revenue, F&B revenue, margins and overall profitability.

- Analyse business performance against budgets, forecasts and business plans and identify areas for improvement.

- Develop revenue and commercial strategies based on demand, seasonality, market trends, pricing, competition and customer behaviour.

- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, new opportunities and potential business risks.

- Evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships and strategic initiatives through market, commercial and financial analysis.

- Work with Finance and relevant business teams on budgets, forecasts, business cases and financial models.

- Prepare management dashboards, business reviews and presentations for senior leadership, highlighting key performance trends, issues and recommended actions.

- Identify operational and commercial gaps and work with relevant stakeholders to develop improvement plans.

- Track strategic initiatives and ensure timely execution by working closely with cross-functional teams.

- Support leadership in preparing for business reviews, management meetings and strategic discussions, including analysis and presentation of key business insights.

- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and act as a strategic partner on business and performance-related matters.

- Identify opportunities to improve revenue, profitability, guest experience and operational efficiency across the hospitality portfolio.

Professional Experience & Industry Background:

- Master's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Finance, Economics or a related discipline.

- 5+ years of experience in strategy, business planning, revenue management, commercial planning or business performance, preferably within the hospitality industry.

- Experience working with hospitality P&L, budgeting, forecasting and revenue planning will be preferred.

- Exposure to multi-property or hospitality portfolio management will be an advantage.
