ABOUT THE ROLE

The Regional Head is a senior leadership role with full P&L ownership and end-to-end responsibility for the performance, growth, and operational excellence of all Experience Centres within the designated region. This role serves as a strategic business leaderdriving revenue, profitability, customer experience, and brand consistency across multiple Centres. As the custodian of regional success, the Regional Head shapes long-term growth strategies, enables Centre Heads to execute effectively, builds high-performing teams, and collaborates closely with Bonitos senior leadership to deliver sustainable business outcomes. This position demands strong business acumen, cross-functional leadership, and a deep understanding of consumer behavior in the D2C and interior design ecosystem.

Roles & Responsibilities

Strategic & Business Leadership

- Own full P&L responsibility for all Centers in the region, ensuring achievement of revenue, profitability, and operational targets.

- Develop regional business strategies aligned with organizational goals, market potential, and customer insights.

- Oversee the execution of high-impact sales, marketing, and customer engagement initiatives across Centres to drive growth.

- Analyse regional market trends to identify opportunities, guide expansion plans, and strengthen competitive positioning.

Operational Excellence

- Drive consistency and excellence in experience delivery across all Centers Sales, Design, Operations, and NPD.

- Review Centre performance regularly to optimize costs, improve efficiencies, and ensure strong month-on-month and quarter-on-quarter outcomes.

- Standardize best practices across Centers, ensuring uniformity in processes, customer experience, and brand delivery.

- Troubleshoot business challenges proactively and support Centre Heads with data-backed decision-making.

Team Leadership & People Development

- Lead, mentor, and manage Centre Heads, enabling them to translate strategy into action.

- Build a high-performing regional team by hiring, coaching, and developing talent.

- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer-centricity across all Centers.

- Act as a bridge between Centre teams and corporate leadership to ensure seamless communication and alignment.

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Leadership

- Collaborate closely with senior leadership in Sales, Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Product to drive unified execution.

- Strengthen relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to support business growth.

- Ensure the region adheres to compliance, quality standards, and brand guidelines.

Customer & Brand Excellence

- Champion superior customer experience as a core regional KPI.

- Ensure Centers deliver the Bonito brand promise consistently and sustainably.

- Leverage customer insights and feedback to drive continuous improvement.

The Ideal Candidate

- Experience: 18 to 22 years in D2C Sales, Business Development, Retail Leadership, or consumer-focused multi-unit operations.

- Leadership Background: Experience managing multiple business units/centers/regions with full P&L ownership.

- Prior experience in the interior design, home improvement, luxury retail, or real estate industry is a strong advantage.

- Demonstrated track record of scaling revenue, improving profitability, and driving operational excellence at a regional or national level.

- Strong commercial acumen, including pricing, contracts, resource planning, and business forecasting.

- Excellent negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to think strategically while executing with speed and precision. - Proven capability to lead large teams, drive performance, and build future leaders.

- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with an outcome-driven approach.
