Job Title: Manager, Founders Office

Job Location: Noida, Head Office

About India IVF:

India IVF is a leading fertility clinic network established in 2014, with presence across Noida, Ghaziabad, Delhi, Gurgaon, Srinagar, Gwalior, and Jammu & Kashmir. Founded by Dr. Richika and Dr. Somendra, India IVF is a profitable, rapidly expanding business - 85% growth between FY26 and FY25, 10 centres, and significant expansion underway.

Dr. Richika Sahay, an IVF Specialist and Gynae Laparoscopic Surgeon with over 20 years of experience, has worked with AIIMS, Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, Fortis, Apollo, and Max, and brings deep clinical expertise and disciplined leadership to India IVF.

Dr. Somendra Shukla, a Paediatrician and Neonatologist with 15+ years of experience, has helped scale India IVF from a single-unit business into a national brand.

India IVF offers personalized and effective fertility solutions through clinics equipped with advanced technology and highly qualified doctors who provide tailored fertility programs.

Accredited by the Department of Health, Govt. of India, PCPNDT, ICMR, and NABH, India IVF is committed to affordable, successful procedures and high standards of care.

In November 2024, India IVF raised $1.25mn in pre-Series A funding from Tomorrow Capital to fuel its growth ambitions and create a leader in fertility care.

About Tomorrow Capital:

Tomorrow Capital is a $100 Mn early-stage strategic investment fund based in Mumbai, investing in consumer companies across healthcare, education, real-estate ancillary, fintech, and other sectors. The fund provides capital and hands-on operating support.

Role Summary:

India IVF is growing at 85% year-on-year, has quadrupled its centre capacity in the last 18 months, and is now at 10 centres with active expansion underway. We are looking for a sharp, driven individual to join the Founders Office - working directly with the founders on the strategic and operational priorities that will define India IVF's next phase of growth.

This is not a support role. You will own initiatives end-to-end, work across every function of the business, and be expected to identify problems, structure solutions, and drive execution - often simultaneously across multiple workstreams. If you are early in your career but have already operated with high ownership and want to be inside the engine room of a rapidly scaling healthcare business, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Projects & Execution:

- Work with the founders to design and execute strategic projects - market entry, new centre planning, channel development, partnerships, and competitive positioning.

- Lead cross-functional initiatives from scoping through to delivery, coordinating across teams and ensuring timelines and outcomes are met.

- Translate founder priorities into structured project plans, track progress, and surface blockers early.

Business Performance & Analytics:

- Track and analyze key business metrics across centres, channels, and functions - and turn data into clear, actionable insights for leadership.

- Build dashboards, reports, and performance reviews that give the founders and leadership team a sharp view of how the business is doing.

- Identify opportunities for revenue improvement, cost efficiency, and operational performance - and help drive the interventions.

Growth & New Initiatives:

- Explore new business channels, partnership models, and revenue opportunities that can accelerate India IVF's growth.

- Support the development of Doctor Partner models, corporate tie-ups, international patient channels, and other new sourcing initiatives.

- Help evaluate and structure new centre opportunities - market sizing, location assessment, P&L modelling.

Investor Relations & Fundraising Support:

- Support the founders in managing investor relationships and communications.

- Assist in preparing materials for fundraising conversations - equity, debt, or other instruments - as India IVF continues to grow.

Qualifications:

- MBA from a reputed institution.

- 2 - 5 years of experience in a high-growth firm, or in a Founders Office role.

- Prior exposure to sales, marketing, or growth functions is strongly preferred.

- Strong analytical skills - comfortable building models, interpreting data, and presenting findings clearly.

- Excellent written and verbal communication - able to prepare crisp documents, slide decks, and stakeholder updates.

- High ownership mindset - someone who picks up ambiguous problems and sees them through to resolution without constant direction.
