Role Overview:

The Vice President - Projects will be responsible for end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale real estate projects.

The role involves strategic oversight of project timelines, budgets, quality, and compliance while leading cross-functional teams and ensuring successful project completion aligned with business and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs):

- Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of real estate projects

- Define and drive project execution strategies aligned with organizational goals

- Oversee project timelines, milestones, and delivery schedules

- Ensure adherence to approved budgets, cost controls, and financial targets

- Monitor construction quality and ensure compliance with defined standards

- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams

- Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and local authority requirements

- Manage risks, dependencies, and issue resolution across project lifecycles

- Drive effective resource planning and utilization across projects

- Provide leadership and direction to project, site, and engineering teams

- Review project progress and present updates to senior leadership

- Ensure client satisfaction through timely delivery and quality execution

- Implement best practices in project governance and reporting

- Support continuous improvement initiatives across project management processes

Required Skill Sets:

- Strong expertise in real estate project planning and execution

- Proven experience managing large-scale residential and commercial projects

- In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies and quality standards

- Strong understanding of regulatory approvals and compliance requirements

- Expertise in project budgeting, cost control, and financial management

- Experience in vendor, contractor, and consultant management

- Strong understanding of resource planning and project scheduling

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Proficiency in project monitoring and reporting mechanisms

Preferred Skill Sets:

- Experience in premium residential, villa, or luxury real estate projects

- Exposure to large township or mixed-use developments

- Familiarity with modern construction technologies and practices

Educational Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent

- Master's degree in Management or a relevant field is preferred
