Job Title: Performance Marketing Manager (Google ads | META Ads)

Abhee Ventures is seeking a result-oriented and innovative Performance Marketing Manager to lead our digital initiatives. The candidate will own the entire digital performance strategy from campaign ideation to execution, tracking, optimization, and reporting.
This role requires deep expertise in real estate digital marketing, paid campaigns, multichannel remarketing, and data-driven decision-making to generate high-quality leads and measurable ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management & Strategy:
- Design, execute, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube Ads: TrueView In-Stream, Discovery, Shorts) and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Implement cross-platform remarketing campaigns (Google Display Network, YouTube, Meta, LinkedIn).
- Drive conversion-focused landing pages with precise UTM tracking for source, medium, campaign, term, and content.
- Strategize and execute retargeting funnels to maximize lead nurturing and conversions.
- Manage campaign structures (bidding strategies, keyword match types, negative keywords, audience segmentation).
Multi-Channel Marketing & Engagement:
- Plan and execute Email marketing (Mailchimp, HubSpot), SMS campaigns (Gupshup, Kaleyra, Twilio), and WhatsApp Business API campaigns.
- Create personalized, automated customer journeys across touchpoints to maximize engagement.
- Manage CRM-integrated digital workflows to ensure lead quality, scoring, and handover to sales.
Analytics, Tracking & Reporting:
- Implement Google Tag Manager (GTM) for advanced tracking (events, goals, conversions, remarketing pixels).
- Set up and monitor UTM parameters across all campaigns for accurate source and ROI attribution.
- Manage and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, DOMO, Watagraph
- Provide weekly/monthly performance dashboards with ROI, CPL, CPA, and ROAS metrics.
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, ad copies, and CTAs to improve CTR and conversion rates.
What Were Looking For:
- 2 to 5 years of digital marketing experience (Real Estate sector is mandatory).
- Google Ads Certified (mandatory); YouTube Ads, Meta Blueprint, and LinkedIn Ads certification preferred.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads bidding strategies (tCPA, tROAS, Maximize Conversions, Enhanced CPC).
- Proven track record in performance marketing, ROI optimization, and lead generation.
- Advanced experience in analytics platforms (GA4, Tableau, Looker Studio, Power BI, Whatagraph, Domo).
- Solid understanding of retargeting funnels, customer journeys, and attribution models.
- Strong knowledge of UTM tagging, campaign tracking, and conversion attribution.
- Hands-on experience with automation workflows in WhatsApp, Email, and CRM integration.
- Analytical mindset with ability to deliver data-driven insights and reduce CPL.
