Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Management:

- Retain and acquire new HNI (High Net Worth) and NRI clients through various domestic and international lead generation activities, brokers and campaigns.

Sales & Marketing:

- Develop and execute sales strategies, participate in marketing efforts, and conduct property tours or virtual tours for clients.

Business Development:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on achieving high profitability and sales targets.

Client Relations:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value NRI clients, ensuring their investment needs are met.

Documentation & Compliance:

- Manage the necessary paperwork, documentation, and legal/financial requirements involved in real estate transactions for NRIs.

Travel:

- Willingness to travel extensively, both domestically and internationally, for property viewings and client meetings.

Key Skills & Qualifications

Experience:

- Minimum 5-10 years of sales experience in selling high-end residential properties ( 2- 4 Cr) of Bangalore, with a strong understanding of the real estate market.

Client-Facing Skills: Mature, credible, and comfortable dealing with HNI and NRI customers.

Business Acumen:

- A high degree of business development orientation, a natural forward planner, and a critical self-assessor of performance.

Soft Skills:

- Self-driven, well-groomed, results-oriented, with excellent presentation, communication, and MS Office skills.

Other Requirements:

- A valid passport is essential for international travel, and candidates must be available to start immediately.
