Job Title: SEO Manager

Abhee Ventures is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented SEO Manager to take full ownership of our digital presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end SEO strategy, content management, and organic growth for Abhee Ventures' website, project landing pages, and Google platforms.
This role requires hands-on SEO expertise in the real estate domain, with a proven ability to deliver organic rankings, traffic, and quality leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage SEO for the corporate website and ensure strong organic visibility.
- Regularly update content, blogs, news feeds, and project-related updates to maintain healthy rankings.
- Optimize and track performance of individual project landing pages for better search presence.
- Own and manage Google My Business (GMB) profiles for all projects - updates, content, reviews, and engagement.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and backlink strategies tailored for the real estate sector.
- Collaborate with design, content, and development teams to ensure SEO-friendly website structure.
- Prepare and present weekly/monthly SEO performance reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and SEO best practices, ensuring Abhee Ventures remains ahead.
- Drive strategies for local SEO to increase project visibility in targeted geographies.
- Ensure healthy technical SEO practices including site audits, page speed, mobile responsiveness, and indexing.
- Plan and execute content strategies that align with brand voice and generate qualified leads organically.
- Track and improve organic conversions through data-driven insights.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of proven SEO experience (Real Estate industry experience is mandatory).
- Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Experience with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.).
- Proven track record of driving organic growth and lead generation.
- Strong content strategy, keyword planning, and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple project websites and landing pages simultaneously.
- Knowledge of local SEO & GMB optimization.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
