Description:
- We are looking for a Senior Brand Manager at our origination.
Brand Strategy & Growth:
- Lead the development and execution of annual brand plans to deliver growth in volume, value, and brand health.
- Drive differentiated consumer experiences that build long-term equity and relevance.
- Identify growth opportunities through consumer insights, portfolio optimization, and new product innovation.
Innovation & Product Development:
- Lead end-to-end innovation projects from concept to market, ensuring alignment with consumer trends and business objectives.
- Partner cross-functionally with R&D, supply chain, and sales to deliver profitable and scalable launches.
Event & Experience Marketing:
- Lead and execute large-scale experiential platforms and on-ground brand activations that build affinity and engagement.
- Oversee integrated campaigns across digital, on-ground, and trade touchpoints, ensuring consistency and impact.
Commercial & P&L Accountability:
- Own full P&L responsibility, driving profitability and efficiency across marketing spends and initiatives.
- Track and optimize performance metrics including ROI, brand contribution margins, and marketing efficiency.
Leadership & Collaboration:
- Lead and mentor a team of brand executives and agency partners to deliver breakthrough creative and flawless execution.
- Champion cross-functional collaboration, driving alignment between marketing, sales, trade, and supply chain teams.
Key competencies:
- Strategic and commercial thinker with a strong grasp of P&L management, pricing, and business drivers, capable of translating insights into actionable growth strategies.
- Creative brand builder who can develop impactful campaigns, and memorable experiential properties that build cultural relevance.

Key Mandatory qualifications:
- MBA in Marketing or related field from a premier institute.
- 8 TO 12 years of brand management experience in the alcohol/beverage, lifestyle, or FMCG.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale brand events, consumer activations, and integrated campaigns.
- Strong innovation, P&L management, and analytical skills; highly comfortable with financial metrics and business levers.
- Demonstrated ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
