Main Purpose of the Role


- To drive business growth within the assigned territory by identifying new market opportunities, conducting detailed market research, and developing strategies to enhance market share and profitability.


- The role involves analyzing business feasibility, building strong client relationships, and supporting senior management with actionable insights for strategic decisions.


Key Responsibilities


- Conduct comprehensive market research and feasibility studies to evaluate potential business development opportunities across the assigned territory.


- Collect, analyze, and interpret data on financials, competition, market trends, sales performance, and customer insights to support strategic planning.


- Identify and engage potential clients, channel partners, and key stakeholders to expand the business footprint and strengthen market presence.


- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and business proposals for internal strategy discussions and external client meetings.


- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, finance, and operations) to execute business plans and ensure territory targets are achieved.


- Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics to proactively identify risks and opportunities.


- Support negotiations and participate in client meetings to ensure effective communication and closure of business deals.


- Provide periodic performance analysis and forecasts to senior management for informed decision-making.


Key Skills & Competencies


- Strong analytical and research abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.


- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.


- Strategic thinking with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.


- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with CRM tools is an advantage.


- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and adaptable to a dynamic business environment
