Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to lead and manage field operations within the assigned area. The role involves driving performance, implementing strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Core Responsibilities:

- Demonstrate strong analytical, planning, and monitoring skills to create effective working plans based on market data and research.

- Ensure seamless execution of all company policies, strategies, and initiatives.

- Provide clear communication and simplify complex information for team members.

- Build, coach, and motivate the team to foster a strong performance-driven culture.

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Stakeholder Engagement:

External:

- Doctors, stockists, retailers, chemists, institutional pharmacies.

Internal:

- Territory Business Managers (TBMs) and other internal teams.

Operational Responsibilities:

- Drive field force performance through regular follow-ups and coaching.

- Monitor execution of marketing strategies and ensure achievement of business objectives.

- Prepare area-level plans aligned with market dynamics and opportunities.

- Ensure compliance with organizational processes, documentation, and reporting standards.

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong analytical, planning, and follow-up skills.

- Excellent communication abilities.

- Ability to coach, mentor, and lead teams effectively.

- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder-management skills.

- Basic computer proficiency (Excel, Word, email communication).

Required Experience:

- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a First Line Manager in the same therapy area.

Required Qualification:

- Postgraduate / Graduate candidates from other backgrounds may apply, provided they have a strong educational track record and proven performance history.
