Description:

Main Purpose of Role

Responsible for coordinating and executing activities related to the analysis of business opportunities in both domestic and international markets. The role aims to achieve the companys financial and marketing objectives by identifying growth opportunities, developing strategies, and supporting key business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and coordinate the operations of the business development team to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

- Lead the evaluation and analysis of new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships for sustainable growth.

- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business expansion and achieve revenue targets.

- Manage and contribute to the preparation of business proposals, presentations, and strategic recommendations for senior management.

- Support and participate in the successful negotiation and closure of business deals and partnerships.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure cohesive execution of business development strategies.

- Provide mentorship, coaching, and performance feedback to team members to enhance effectiveness and skill development.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to inform decision-making.

- Ensure that all business development activities adhere to company policies and compliance standards.

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

- Proven experience (5-7 years) in business development, strategy, or related roles.

- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and drive cross-functional collaboration.
