Summary :

- The employee will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs to our sales. teams and other stakeholders across the assigned region.

- The Regional Field Trainer will work closely with the training team to ensure that our sales teams are equipped with the knowledge and skills required to meet our business objectives.

- The role ensures that employees possess the product knowledge, selling skills, and compliance understanding required to achieve business objectives and uphold ethical and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities :

- Training Needs Analysis : Identify training needs and develop training plans to address knowledge gaps and performance improvement areas.

- Training Program Development : Design, develop, and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our sales teams and other stakeholders.

- Training Delivery : Deliver training sessions in a classroom or virtual settings.

- Coach and mentor sales teams through on-the-job training and field visits.

- Support new product launches with timely training rollouts.

- Coaching and Mentoring : Provide coaching and mentoring support to sales teams to ensure they are meeting their performance goals.

- Stakeholder Management : Build relationships with key stakeholders, including sales leaders, product managers, and other department heads.

- Collaborate with Medical, Marketing, and HR teams to design training materials aligned with current strategies.

- Customize training content to address regional business needs and performance gaps.

- Training Evaluation : Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through pre/post assessments, feedback, and performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.

- Identify knowledge or skill gaps and recommend targeted interventions.

- Prepare regular reports on training outcomes and regional performance trends.

- Reporting : Provide regular training reports and metrics to the stakeholders.

- Incumbent is also expected to meet few customers directly .

Skills and Competencies :

- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong facilitation and coaching abilities.

- Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills.

- Ability to manage multiple training programs across regions.

- Willingness to travel extensively within the region.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :

- Training completion and certification rates.

- Improvement in field force performance metrics.

- Product knowledge assessment scores.

- Feedback ratings from participants and managers.
