Main Purpose of the Role:

The Regional Business Manager is responsible for coordinating and executing activities related to the analysis and development of business opportunities across domestic and international markets. The role aims to support the achievement of the companys financial and marketing objectives through strategic planning, team coordination, and successful deal execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, coordinate, and oversee the activities of the Business Development team within the assigned region.

- Guide the team in evaluating, analyzing, and formulating strategies to drive sustainable business growth.

- Identify, develop, and manage key business development projects from initiation through successful closure.

- Plan, prepare, and review business proposals, presentations, and commercial documents.

- Provide strategic insights, recommendations, and market intelligence to senior management to support decision-making.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and market requirements.

- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify new growth opportunities.

- Focus on mentoring, coaching, and coordinating team members to enhance performance and capability.

Authority & Scope:

- Individual contributor with team coordination and mentoring responsibilities.

- No direct budget ownership or hire/fire authority.
