Job Summary:

Manage Trade Commercial controlling and monitoring of budgets with regional teams, Implement TPM to get ROI assessment, GTN & Trade AnP execution and monitoring, Regular MIS to facilitate analysis and decision making.


Core Job Responsibilities:

- TPM Trade Promotions Management: GTN monitoring through proper compliance, workflow management, pre promo approval, volume uplift tracking and ROI at each event level.

- To enable to make data driven decisions to drive the profitability.

- Implement TPM for tracking spends in growing trade business.

- Standardize the operational processes and ways of working across regions.

- Build and manage a control mechanism to manage 3P operations across Trade.

- Build GTN efficiency on ROI / business need/ GTN profiling between different channels going ahead.

- Review 3rd party HC cost and accruals managed by Trade (e.Merchandisers, Nutrition Advisors, ISR, etc).

- Manager Trade Promotion Management Tool: Conduct pre and post evaluation of consumer promotions/various schemes considering ROI assessment.

- Standardize the operational processes and ways of working across regions.

- Build and manage a control mechanism to manage 3P operations across Trade.

- Build GTN efficiency on ROI / business need/ GTN profiling between different channels going ahead.


Minimum Qualifications:


Minimum Education: PostGraduate.


Education Level:

Major/Field of Study:

Chartered Accountant (1st attempt).

Finance.


Experience:

MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:

Experience Details:

- 5-7+ Years.

- Experience of 5 7 years with at least 5 years of work experience in FMCG /consumer healthcare.

- Should understand business, its key drivers and the impact on the business of the company and drive company policies effectively.

- Should have strong analytical skills, interpersonal skills, hight integrity, should be able to challenge the commercial teams to drive results.

- Collaborate with regional trade team as well as cross functional teamtrade/IT development in ensuring process and control is maintained.
