Description:

Main Purpose of the Role

An individual contributor role requiring comprehensive expertise in the technical product domain. The incumbent will be responsible for planning, developing, and delivering technical product training programs. The role involves designing and implementing complex or specialized training solutions, adapting conventional methods to create impactful learning experiences for customers, employees, and field support teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, design, and execute technical product training programs for internal teams, customers, and field personnel.

- Develop both standard and customized training modules for new and existing products.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams engineering, software, product management, and customer success to gather and update technical content.

- Prepare lesson plans, course materials, product demonstrations, and training aids.

- Determine appropriate instructional methodologies and delivery formats (in-person, virtual, or blended learning).

- Conduct training sessions, product demonstrations, and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback.

- Continuously update and revise course content to align with new product features and evolving customer needs.

- Monitor and ensure the quality and consistency of all training deliverables.

- Administer and analyze participant assessments to measure learning outcomes.

- Maintain technical proficiency and stay updated on latest product and industry trends.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

- MBA or equivalent qualification in a related field.

Experience:

- Proven experience in product training, technical instruction, or learning and development within a technology-driven environment.

- Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into easily understandable training content.

- Proficiency in developing digital learning content and using modern training tools or LMS platforms.

- Adaptability to design innovative learning solutions and make data-driven improvements.
