Job Title: Marketing Manager
Main Purpose of the Role:The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies for one or more of the organizations complex, high-impact, or strategically significant products/services. The role aims to achieve established sales targets, expand market share, and drive overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities:Marketing Strategy & Execution:- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and sales strategies to effectively position assigned products/services in the market.
- Conduct detailed market research to understand industry trends, consumer behavior, competitive landscape, and potential growth opportunities.
- Oversee product development and design initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure product-market fit.
- Establish pricing strategies based on market insights and business goals.
- Lead product launches, advertising campaigns, and promotional activities to enhance market presence and demand.
Product Performance & Innovation:- Analyze domestic and international market trends to identify opportunities for product/service enhancement or expansion.
- Evaluate product performance metrics and customer feedback to generate ideas for new features, improvements, or entirely new product offerings.
- Recommend and initiate necessary product/service changes based on customer needs and market requirements.
- Work closely with production, R&D, and other internal stakeholders to implement changes efficiently.
Sales Forecasting & Budget Management:- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and annual marketing budgets for assigned products/services.
- Monitor performance metrics, including sales volume, revenue, and costs, against defined targets.
- Adjust action plans based on performance insights to improve sales outcomes and overall profitability.
Campaign Management:- Collaborate with advertising, digital marketing, and promotions teams to design impactful campaigns and marketing collateral tailored to target audiences.
- Oversee campaign execution and measure effectiveness to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
Qualifications:Education:- Masters Degree (preferred).
Experience:- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in marketing, product management, or related fields.
- Experience with high-impact or strategically significant products/services is an added advantage.
