Position: Key Account Manager - Lifecare - Nagpur

Experience: 3-5 Years (MBA preferred)

Qualification: MBA (Marketing / Sales) or B.Sc./ B.Pharma.

Main Purpose of the Role:

To achieve business growth and profitability objectives by driving prescription generation, enhancing market share, and ensuring effective product availability through strategic stockist and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Achieve division-wise sales targets (primary and secondary) and ensure consistent business growth.

- Drive prescription generation for Abbott brands and enhance market share across assigned territories.

- Ensure zero stock expiry at stockist locations through effective liquidation and demand planning.

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, healthcare professionals, and stockists.

- Conduct regular stockist visits as per defined frequency to ensure optimal inventory and service levels.

- Share timely and actionable insights on competitor activities and market trends with management.

- Prioritize doctors and ensure engagement at the right frequency through scientific detailing and value-based interactions.

- Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to implement brand and customer engagement initiatives.

- Plan and monitor new product launches from stocking and promotion to sales tracking and feedback collection.

- Organize CMEs, doctor engagement programs, and field activities aligned with divisional strategies.

- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of field activities in designated systems (daily/weekly/monthly).

- Generate Product Order Bookings (POBs) for Abbott brands in alignment with the business plan.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education: MBA (preferred) or B.Sc./ B.Pharma.

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, marketing, or business development.

Strong analytical, communication, and relationship management skills.

Proficiency in CRM tools and reporting systems.

Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and build long-term customer relationships.
