Description:

Core Job Responsibilities:

- Achieve assigned Area-wise and TBM-wise sales targets.

- Support and guide the team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

- Drive achievement of brand-wise and product-wise sales objectives.

- Plan and execute promotional activities and programs in line with the divisions strategy.

- Develop, coach, and mentor team members to prepare them for higher responsibilities.

- Ensure adequate stock availability of all products across stockists in the assigned area.

- Achieve division-wise primary and secondary sales targets by enabling TBMs to meet their territory-wise goals.

- Monitor brand-wise and value-wise month-on-month sales performance and take corrective actions where required.

- Guide TBMs on critical doctor conversion, engagement, and relationship management.

- Support the team in accurate sales forecasting for key stockists by analyzing trends and stockist statements.

- Translate business strategies into clear, actionable field-level tactics for effective execution.

- Prepare monthly sales plans, anticipate potential challenges, and identify opportunities to bridge target gaps.

- Monitor team performance, identify gaps, and work closely with divisional stakeholders to improve outcomes.

- Enhance field effectiveness of TBMs through continuous coaching and performance reviews.

- Track team effort parameters, strategy execution, and ensure the optimal mix of doctors and distributors in the assigned area.

Required Experience & Skills:

- Graduate / Post Graduate (B.Sc., B.Pharm, or any other graduate with a strong academic and performance track record).

- 2-4 years of experience as a First Line Manager in the same therapy area.

- Prior or current experience in the pharmaceutical industry is mandatory.

- Experience with MNCs or leading Indian pharmaceutical companies will be an added advantage.

- Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

- Proven ability to lead teams, drive sales performance, and execute strategies effectively.
