Main Purpose of the Role:

The Area Business Manager is responsible for coordinating and executing business development initiatives across domestic and international markets, with a strong focus on achieving the companys financial and marketing objectives. The role involves leading a team to identify, analyze, and capitalize on new business opportunities while ensuring the successful planning and execution of key projects and strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and coordinate the activities of the Business Development team.

- Develop, evaluate, and implement strategies for business growth in alignment with organizational goals.

- Lead key projects and contribute to the successful negotiation and closure of business deals.

- Plan, prepare, and execute compelling business proposals to drive growth and profitability.

- Provide strategic recommendations and analytical insights to senior management.

- Mentor, coach, and guide team members to enhance performance and professional development.

- Ensure collaboration across cross-functional teams to support business objectives and market expansion.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience:

Experience:

- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in business development, sales management, or strategic planning.

Preferred Skills:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Proven leadership and team management capabilities.

- Ability to work cross-functionally and drive initiatives independently.
