Support data model, organizational management and other processes in master data team to ensure that the organizational SLA's are met.  - Techno-functional consulting in the master data team to support incident, problem tickets.  - Responsible for technical/functional bug fixes  - Process improvement and optimizing the existing processes supported within Master Data team.  - Coordinating with the global teams as and when required  Desired Skills and Experience:  - Should be well versed with ABAP programming  - Should be able to understand and cater to the business requirement and provide integrated solutions  - Basic knowledge and understanding HR processes  - Strong cross functional skills to align customer need with organizational delivery   - Pro-active approach, strong team player, consensus building capabilities  - Minimum 1+ years of experience in ABAP-HR  - 1+ years of ABAP programming knowledge  - Preferably graduate in any stream with knowledge of SAP ABAP
