Financial Controller

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with IND AS, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery.

2. Maintain books of accounts, ensuring all transactions are recorded in accordance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.

3. Lead the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing processes.

4. Analyze financial performance, prepare management reports, and present key insights to senior management.

5. Handle budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.

6. Ensure compliance with all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, etc.).

Qualifications & Skills:

1. Proven experience in financial reporting under IND AS

2. Prior work as Financial Controller or in a similar capacity.

3. Proficiency in ERP software (SAP/Oracle/Tally) and advanced MS Excel skills.

4. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

5. Experience managing a team is a plus.
