Requirements:

- Master's or Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.

- Proven sales leadership experience within the medical device or healthcare industry.

- Demonstrated track record of achieving strong sales growth and revenue targets.

- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends for strategic decision-making.

- Business acumen with the ability to think strategically and drive results in a competitive environment.
