About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic Vice President - Sales to drive business development, sales strategy, at Aaxis Nano Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

The role requires strong leadership, market expansion expertise, channel partner & key account management along with proven success in scaling sales across India and international markets.

Years of experience: 20+ years.

- Experience: Industrial and technical experience in the similar field of environmental monitoring and instrumentation or allied segment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and implement effective sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.

- Build and manage high-performance sales teams and distribution networks.

- Drive market penetration across industries and government sectors.

- Develop strong relationships with key government agencies and corporate clients.

- Oversee channel management, key account growth, and strategic alliances.

- Lead national and international business development initiatives.

- Utilize CRM/SFDC tools for improved sales efficiency and customer engagement.
