Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager with 2-4 years of experience to join our team in Mumbai.

The ideal candidate will be a results-driven professional responsible for managing and growing relationships with our most valuable clients.

This role requires a strong ability to understand client needs, identify new business opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction.

You will be the primary point of contact for key accounts, acting as a strategic partner to help them achieve their business goals while also contributing to our company's growth.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of key accounts.

- Build and nurture strong, long-lasting client relationships based on trust and a deep understanding of their business.

- Proactively identify and address client needs, concerns, and challenges.

Account Growth & Strategy:

- Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow revenue and expand product/service adoption within existing accounts.

- Identify new business opportunities and present new products or services to key clients.

- Forecast and track key account metrics, preparing regular reports on account status.

Collaboration & Communication:

- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product, and support, to ensure a seamless

client experience.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from end-users to C-level executives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Core Experience:

- 2-5 years of proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role.

Professional Attributes:

- A demonstrated ability to manage a portfolio of key accounts and achieve growth targets.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.

- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- A results-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
