Aarti Industries - Supply Chain Planning Officer

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Review Historical Sales Trends, Research Demand Drivers, Prepare Mid/Long term forecast data, Develop Statistical Forecast Models.

- Budget Planning (Long term planning) -Responsible for creating 3 years Budget within timeline and revising the same as required

- Monthly rolling Plan-Creating 1+2 month Unconstrained Sales forecast and constrained production plan at product group and SKU level to attain maximum service level

- Driving S&OP meeting on 1st and 16th to arrive at consensus of Plan and providing commitment for sales to marketing

- RM Rolling Plan- Based on rolling FG and SFG plan, sharing RM, PM rolling plan with Purchase team

- By product plan-Based on rolling SFG plan, sharing Byproduct dispatch plan to marketing

- Scheduling-Obtaining day wise production plan from Operations and aligning it with dispatch plan for local and export

- Logistics Planning-Based on order's required date of dispatch providing logistics planning so as to ensure no detention of vehicle at plant,port,customer site

- MRP Run-Participating in MRP planning run and analysing results so that same output can be directly used for business transaction, minimizing manual intervention

- Inventory planning-Continuously evaluating inventory and taking action to ensure inventory to remain optimal

- Inter plant movement- Products which are moved between plants for captive consumption to be monitored rigorously so as to ensure to impact in downstream production due to its upstream shortage

- Supply chain digitization- Continuously working with Systems team to improve current process and initiate new tools and techniques in Supply chain

- MIS and dashboard-Monitoring existing SAP reports and ensuring manual reports to get minimized maximising systems usage.

- Supply chain cost-Continuously evaluating overall Supply chain cost and driving initiatives for its optimization
