Aaratech is seeking a Presales / Solution Consultant to support sales engagements across its banking technology solutions portfolio, including:

- Retail Lending Platform (Loan Origination System)

- Mainframe Modernization Tools (Assembler COBOL / Java migration)

- Safe Deposit Management System

The role will work closely with Sales, Domain Experts, and Solution Architects to engage banks, conduct discovery workshops, design solution proposals, and support deal closures.

The ideal candidate should have experience working with banking technology solutions, modernization initiatives, or fintech platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement & Discovery

- Participate in client meetings with banks and financial institutions

- Conduct solution discovery workshops with CIO, CTO, and business stakeholders

- Understand the banks existing architecture, lending platforms, and mainframe systems

- Identify modernization opportunities across lending and legacy systems

Solution Positioning Across Aaratech Portfolio

The presales consultant will support positioning of:

Retail Lending Platform

- Demonstrate Aaratech Loan Origination System capabilities

- Define lending architecture and integration with core banking

Mainframe Modernization Solutions

- Engage with CIO / CTO teams on legacy modernization initiatives

- Position Aaratech tools for Assembler to COBOL / Java migration

Safe Deposit Management System

- Demonstrate safe deposit locker management capabilities

- Position solution for bank branch modernization

Solution Design & Technical Proposal

- Design solution architecture for platform deployments and modernization programs

- Define integration architecture with core banking, digital channels, and third-party systems

- Prepare technical proposals, solution documents, and RFP responses

- Support creation of demos and solution presentations

GTM & Workshop Support

- Conduct Retail Lending Modernization Workshops with banks

- Support legacy modernization consulting discussions

- Collaborate with marketing on solution positioning and thought leadership

Pilot & Implementation Support

- Support architecture definition for pilot deployments

- Work with delivery teams during project transition

- Provide technical guidance during initial implementation phases

Required Skills:

Banking & Domain Knowledge:

Understanding of banking systems such as:

- Loan Origination Systems

- Retail lending workflows

- Core banking integration

- Branch banking operations

Experience with platforms like:

Temenos

Finacle

Mambu

Finastra

nCino

is advantageous.

Technical Skills:

- Solution architecture and system integration

- API and middleware architecture

- Cloud-based application architecture

- Understanding of mainframe systems and modernization concepts

Knowledge of COBOL / legacy systems is a strong advantage.

Presales Skills:

- Client workshops and solution presentations

- Technical proposal development

- RFP response preparation

- Stakeholder engagement with banking clients

Experience:

- 6 to 10 years experience in banking technology / fintech solutions

- Experience in presales, solution consulting, or solution architecture

- Exposure to banking modernization or digital lending platforms

- Structured thinking and problem-solving ability
