Role Overview:


We are looking for a driven and skilled Sales Manager with proven experience in real estate or interior solutions. The ideal candidate will lead client acquisition, manage high-value sales cycles, and build long-term customer relationships across residential and commercial projects.


Key Responsibilities:


Sales Operations & Client Handling


- Drive end-to-end sales for interior projects, real estate units, or modular solutions.

- Conduct client meetings, site visits, requirement gathering, and presentations.

- Handle pricing, proposals, negotiations, and closures.


- Manage relationships with channel partners, architects, builders, and corporate clients.


Business Development


- Identify new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.

- Work with marketing teams for lead generation, campaigns, and brand visibility.


- Attend exhibitions, events, and industry networking platforms.


Stakeholder & Project Coordination


- Coordinate with design, project execution, procurement, and CRM teams for seamless

delivery.

- Maintain communication with customers during execution to ensure satisfaction.


Reporting & Strategy


- Track sales performance, prepare MIS reports, and present weekly/monthly updates.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.


Requirements:


- 5-10 years of sales experience in real estate / interiors / modular furniture / construction.

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

- Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills.

- Good understanding of Hyderabads residential and commercial market.

- Ability to work with architects, channel partners, and premium clients.

- Graduate / MBA preferred.
