The proposed role will help in :

- Improving quality and timeliness of forecasts and management reporting

- Strengthening business performance analysis and decision support

- Driving process efficiencies and reporting automation

- Enhancing coordination with business and operational teams

- Supporting strategic finance initiatives and leadership presentations

Skills Required :

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5-8 years of FP&A experience

- Preferably from Education/EdTech/Coaching industry

- Strong exposure to SAP, Advanced Excel, and PowerPoint

- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
