We are looking for a seasoned training professional, who has expertise in designing & delivering leadership training programs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Conduct first time manager programs & leadership programs for existing leaders.
2. Design & develop self learning courses for leadership development.
3. Design & develop training content as per the requirement.
4. Conduct thorough training need identifications through online forms & focused group discussions.
5. Drive organization development through LDP and employee retention activities.
Required Skill Requirements:
1. Extensive knowledge on designing & developing & delivering training programs around leadership capability building.
2. Dynamic professional with excellent interpersonal skills and an enterprising style of work.
3. Desired Traits: Self-starter, proactive, quick & adaptive with excellent interpersonal & communication Skills.
4. Exposure on Learning Management System & psychometric assessment would be an added advantage.
