Responsibilities:
As an integral member of an experienced and dynamic Sales Excellence & Operations Team, you will:
- Monitor performance variation across teams, geographies & channels & perform a root-cause analysis
- Build sales dashboards, performance metric reports & visual models and ensure their timely & error-free delivery to guide strategic decisions and drive performance
- Track and analyse key metrics including sales funnel, conversion rates & target achievement across product categories and channels
- Define and deliver techniques to improve the funnel performance for sales management
- Track channel performance and ensure optimum target delivery
- Conduct regular business reviews with regional teams to drive high performance
- Execute GTM for new initiatives & drive adoption of the same at the ground level
- Share regular market feedback and best practices in the industry with key stakeholders for replication
- Drive adoption of No Cost EMI across all geographies by partnering with regions and financial partners, while continuously optimizing structures and vendor terms to minimize subsidy costs and improve overall unit economics.
Profile/ Qualifications/Experience:
- Engineer + MBA from Tier I/ Tier II Institutes
- Strong preference for someone who has worked in direct/consultative selling organizations (banking, insurance/ed-tech) with exposure to both online & offline sales channels
- Must be metrics driven and analytical to identify trends and strategically aligning the business plans for growth
- Strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities
- Excellent oral and written communication with a penchant for establishing rapport & meaningful relationships with key stakeholders in the organization to drive the business agenda
- Deep understanding of the consumer business and experience in having worked in high volume consumer sales
- Proficient in Microsoft tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint)
- Extremely high ownership, self-starter and work in a constantly-changing and fast-growing environment
- Adept at establishing collaborative and trusting relationships with the business's key internal leaders and stakeholders to ensure buy-in for key initiatives
- Must be hands-on with willingness to deep dive into any issue to get a resolution.
- Collaborate with regional teams to analyze trends, identify gaps, and recommend actionable strategies to improve admissions, revenue, and productivity.
