
Role Summary:
A results-driven Business Finance professional with 3-5 years of experience in Business Finance, Revenue Assurance, and business partnering. Strong expertise in financial planning, performance tracking, and analytics, with the ability to work closely with business and regional stakeholders to drive insights, improve financial performance, and enable data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities:
As an integral member of the Business Finance team, you will:
- Manage Annual Operating Plan (AOP) creation in coordination with business teams and finance stakeholders.
- Work closely with the Finance team to support BAU operations, planning, reviews, and reporting.
- Monitor and drive revenue assurance metrics in coordination with branches and regional teams.
- Track key business and financial metrics, identify gaps, and highlight risks and opportunities to stakeholders.
- Build, maintain, and analyse dashboards, reports, and trackers to support decision-making.
- Perform variance analysis across budget, forecast, and actuals, and share actionable insights.
- Partner with business and finance stakeholders to ensure timely closure of open issues and execution of planned actions.
- Support monthly/quarterly business reviews with performance summaries, trend analysis, and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve revenue visibility, data quality, and process discipline.
- Take ownership of analytics, reporting, and presentation creation for senior leadership reviews.
Profile / Qualifications / Experience:
- Preferred qualification: CA or equivalent strong accounting/finance background.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in Business Finance / FP&A / Revenue Assurance / Finance Business Partnering roles.
- Strong understanding of accounting concepts, financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Good stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across functions and regions.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track metrics, identify trends, and present insights clearly.
- Hands-on with Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting/analytics tools.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to deep-dive into issues, solve problems, and drive closure with accountability.
