About the Role:


We are looking for experienced and driven individuals to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you will engage with B2C learners and B2B decision-makers, helping them identify the right learning programs to achieve their personal or organizational goals. If you're a passionate sales professional who thrives in high-volume, performance-driven environments, this role is for you.


Youll be part of a dynamic sales team working on qualified inbound leads with attractive performance-based incentives and growth opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:

- Drive inquiries and enrollments for short-term and long-term professional learning programs.

- Handle B2C (individual professionals/students) and B2B (corporate L&D managers/HR stakeholders) sales pipelines.

- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact and need analysis to program counseling and final conversion.

- Act as a trusted advisor to help individuals and organizations identify the most relevant learning programs for upskilling or workforce development.

- Maintain accurate and timely updates in the CRM system to track leads, conversations, pipeline status, and follow-ups.

- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

- Work collaboratively with marketing and product teams to improve lead quality and campaign effectiveness.


Qualifications & Requirements:


- 3 to 9 years of experience in inside sales, academic counseling, or consultative B2B/B2C selling, preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or professional services.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.

- Proven experience in high-volume calling and pipeline management.

- Ability to counsel, influence, and close prospects through consultative selling.

- Prior experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot).

- Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven environment.

- Self-motivated, performance-oriented, and eager to grow in a fast-paced setup.
