Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and skilled Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition to join our HR team.
This role will focus on sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding top talent across various functions.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for recruitment, an eye for talent, and a proactive approach to managing the hiring process.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job specifications.
- Source candidates using a variety of methods, including job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates for further evaluation.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback to candidates promptly.
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate offers and ensure timely closure of positions.
- Monitor and report recruitment metrics to track the effectiveness of hiring processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovative recruitment strategies.
Qualifications and Skills: Bachelors/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software
